when boarding our flight to Moscow after transit from Cyprus, for unknown reason one of the air-hostess request my hand luggage! I asked an explanation what is the reason he replied that due to cabin overbooked, which was not true as we just start to board. He told me to calm down and that he will deliver later, which does not happen and i had to go further trying to get my unlocked hand luggage. Finally after 20 minutes of discussions i got my luggage back. No one explained i this happened and why i was treated so bad!
