Nikola Tesla Airport is absolutely disorganized. The staff are also disorganized and unprofessional. There's so much crowding everywhere, it is impossible to get to the parking lot. The luggage carousels do not work, so you have wait in line for hours on end. The procedure isn't clear, first you wait at one gate, then suddenly they switch to another and you have to then proceed through the scanners again. Very inefficient system. The staff are also very crude.
