Unfortunately, I got to experience the infamous Serbian insolence. It seems nobody is spared, discourtesy seems to be the norm in this country. Shortage of buses, shortage of personnel, police officers, even working toilets! Staff are quite arrogant, seem to have no training in dealing with customers. No excuse to be so unkind and mean to customers.
