Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport Abuse Report

I am quite forgiving of staff, especially because I've traveled so much I know everyone has their bad days. But Nikola Tesla Airport seems to only have bad days. I've now been there a few time and each time, I've been met with the most unpleasant person working in travel. They are rude, unhelpful, and have some sort of God complex. They expect you to know Serbian fluently and they don't speak English. I have to routinely go to Serbia for business reasons unfortunately and the staff have me dreading the visit each time.
