German efficiency? What a joke. Crowded, inefficient, unpleasant, nasty, rude (and useless) security. The staff members were unhelpful and slow to respond, and the security checks took an unnecessarily long time. The experience was very frustrating. The staff members seemed to lack any understanding of customer service. I felt like I was being treated like a nuisance.
