Dubai International Airport Abuse Report

I forgot my mobile phone on the plane.
As soon as the shuttle bus arrives at the terminal off the plane, I asked security for help to contact the plane to check for my phone. They said I had to go to lost and found! But it took over 1 hour to get to lost and found because it is in the departure side. I had to go through immigration. And when I came they told me there is nothing they could do because the plane already took off again!

Very inefficient unable system!
