Frankfurt Airport Abuse Report

Hopelessly understaffed, terribly disorganized and dirty. It is as though this airport wanted to intentionally make everyone's lives miserable, they have excelled at this job. The level of incompetence you will see here is beyond belief. Terribly senseless long lines, multiple passport checks to add to a weary travelers frustration! We had to walk through long, empty hallways just to find the bathroom. When we asked the information desk where our flight was, the employee there insulted us for flying a budget airline.
