Hamburg Airport Abuse Report

Airport is awfully disorganized. They misplaced our gate checked stroller and we had to wait more than an hour. At the baggage claim, I saw a lot of bags unattended. The worst and most utterly incompetent security check I’ve ever had. They seemed to want to exert their power trip and be rude to passengers more than try to do their job or be helpful.
