Never have I seen such a huge check-in line for a flight. Thousands of people, including children and elderly were forced to stand and wait in line for hours. The temperature was 31°c. Someone was taken by ambulance. There was utter chaos, people who were late for their flights ran out of line. I think only a third of the check in counters were open. Treated like cattle and dehumanized. Staff are unfriendly, doesn't speak English and doesn't have manners.
