Verona Villafranca Airport Abuse Report

This airport is nothing short of awful. The lines are long, nobody follows the rules, no social distancing, The check-in staff are apathetic and very slow. I think they have some dodgy payment systems for check-in payments. Very disorganized and not enough seats! The cafes are a rip off. The miserable lady charged me way too high and blamed the exchange rate.
