Dear Mr. Kittipong Kittikachorn, BKK Airport Director.

Contest: Gate D7 is physically open. I entered the gate and went to the restroom. As I left the restroom, an attendant came up to me and told me, in a very rude manner, to leave. I therefore asked her to be more polite to the public and to apologize, which she refused to do. I pointed out to her that the door was open, so it was perfectly normal to be able to enter.

I simply ask that you recommend that she behave politely with the public.
