Charles de Gaulle International Airport Abuse Report

It was one of the worst experience of my life. My old parents were travelling with me, I booked the wheelchair service at Paris Airport. But we had to wait at the gate of the aircraft for more than 2 hours at Paris airport to get the wheelchair !!! I will escalate this issue as my mother is severly ill as she has Asthma and it was very cold outside the plane at Paris. Terrible service, very sad to see this from Paris CDG. It was complete harrasment of my parents without taking this issue seriously, my mother is very scared mentally and drained out physically!!
