Charles de Gaulle International Airport Abuse Report

we have 10 year titres in France. We travel often and we are aware of CDG taxi problems. Yesterday we tried to exit at the door leading to the legal, g-7 taxis. We were stopped by a man standing in front of the door who didn't allow us to pass through to the taxis. Instead he told us we had to proceed to gate 16 for taxis to paris DUE TO the Protests. When I objected and continued moving toward the taxi exit door, he aggressively yelled at us and physically blocked our attempts to proceed. OF course this was a scam and he was abusing our age (79) and bullying us believing we were tourists . At gate 16, we were to be chaerged 140 Euros from CDG to the 18eme. THIS MAN SHOULD BE CAUGHT and readily identifiable ON CDG cameras, of course the same scam was played on many others as well. We returned to the welcome desk and asked about our experience, only to hear taxis were running normally. To heap more fear on CDG passengers coming to Paris was especially grievous...capitalizing on FEAR and bullying are NOT a welcome mat to this amazing city we love and live iin.
