Awful experience throughout , but the worst part of it was the "random" security screening right before boarding the plane (so already after multiple security screenings!). My child was pulled to the side by a female agent who apparently spoke no English - or at least we had a hard time understanding anything she was saying, although she seemed perfectly capable of understating us. The screening was rough and rude and reduced my child almost to tears once we got to the plane. I hope the agent is reprimanded.
