Charles de Gaulle International Airport Abuse Report

We were traveling home on the 25th Oct with my 5 year old son and husband . We had to queue for over 2 hours for passport control , only 2 people checking passports with hundreds of people in the queue , scanners only being used when staff felt like letting people through to use them . We were then not allowed get through passport control as a family . This to me is a horrible disgrace as there was a family husband wife and there children in front of us allowed together . The lady that was checking our passports was on a power trip and got satisfaction from seeing family’s stressed and worried that we were going to miss flights . Young children hungry and needing drinks .. I feel the lady racial picked on us as we where not of a certain skin colour ..
