Charles de Gaulle International Airport Abuse Report

Hong Kong SAR passport is eligible for PARAFE by right, but the staff said I cannot. So when the queue becomes empty, I asked if I fan at least try the system and they said no at first. I asked again and said it doesnt hurt to try, so the guy let me. I didnt even try and the staff asked me to leave insisted HKSAR passport cannot. So I returned back to my lane, and the guy insulted me saying: I am good at my job and you didnt trust me, now I look stupid in front of my colleague!
I am sorry but their job is to assist people instead of throwing tantrums, it was really unprofessional and unwelcoming.
