I had a very unpleasant experience at the airport during transit to Terminal 2E M at the Charles-de-Gaulle airport on February 10, 2026. At the security gate leading to gate M, a father traveling with a son was being screened, and other passengers patiently waited for the screening to be complete. However, in order to move things over quickly, the transportation security officer abruptly pushed many baskets with luggages and carry-on items in that line in a very careless manner. My passport and boarding passes were tossed over and my computer was nearly falling off another basket. I did complain to the security officers but nobody seemed to care or even apologized. This is a very unprofessional behavior and careless attitude to airport passengers, especially at an international airport with such a reputation as Charles-de-Gaulle. I would like to request that this incidence be investigated and followed up to ensure that it does not happen again.
