I do not know the name of the officer, but I do have a number he had on the jacket he was wearing: 1011275
I just went trough security, in transit from Lisbon to Guadaloupe.
I arrived, was conducted to a specific lane, put my belonging in the trail, the offucer asked if I had water in my luggage, I answer know (since I did not had any water). My luggage went trough XR machine and it was moved (by then most of them were being detoured, and it was fine). I pass the metal detector gate, went to the line to pick up my luggage. It all went weel until I was keept in a no ending lane. In between, during this waiting time the officer taking caring of that specif bag checking, went to do some other task, and the first one came to serve in that position.
Once in that position he start passing every man dtabding in the line in front of me, moving their bags ahead of mine. I kept waiting. When he divided my time had finally arrived, I remembered him I was conducted to that lane by a helper, attending priority people like myself, using a cane. This firts officer who had asked me before if I was caring any water, was very rude, told me I told him before I did not any liquids, which is not true as he did not ask me.for liquids. I've been traveling around the world, and in many places they do jot ask fir liquids anymore, so I found the question normal.
My only 100 ml liquids were all in a transparent plastic bag. He took the bag out and then he went trough my bag like a crazy - fixed in my undeware and pijamas! He complain again Iyed him before - which I did not.
At this moment I figured out what why the lane on this espetial cheking grew so much - once in the position prior to the RX machine the offucer was asking only fir water, never for liquids.
At this final checking moment, with all my clothes revolved, I told him this was all very unusual - spetially since he (as every other person) I was in really bad shape, doing my best to stand in never ending lane, with my cane a bad nee. I that he should have attended me earlier.
At this moment he dicided he should go back to my 100ml liquids, and order me to move them to a equally transparent bag he provided. This bag was a vit smaller, so it took me a whille to feat my liquids in the second bag.
All these took many more time that was needed or espected.
This man gets frustrated easly by his own mistakes and transfer his frustration to orhers/passengers. He lacks basic courtesy, and operates in a gender biased manner. He used and abused of his power to discriminate me in various ways. He is not suited to work as a security officer at an airport.
