Charles de Gaulle International Airport Abuse Report

This was an absolutely horrible experience. The staff were utterly incompetent and clearly lacked both training and experience. The placement of passport control is highly inconvenient, situated *after* duty-free, and crucially, no staff member informed us of this upon check-in.

When we approached passport control to reach our gate, we were not asked about our destination at the beginning of the line. Instead, we were simply directed to a 'families' queue. There were numerous families both in front of and behind us. Abruptly, the staff member at that control point abandoned their post.

Subsequently, multiple individuals in various lines began arguing with staff. The supervisor, rather than managing the escalating situation, did nothing to de-escalate it. Instead, he approached my underage children, pointing directly in their faces and accusing them of being in the wrong queue. This was appalling behavior from a supervisor. While he was occupied trying to berate and intimidate my family, multiple arguments erupted among his own staff, which he failed to manage.

He was insisting that we some how came to the wrong queue and was shouting and trying to intimidate us he asked multiple people behind d us who told him the same as us but for some strange reason he did not react to them in this manner.

Very disgusting behaviour and I now see why no one recommends necessarily flying through CDG if you're able to avoid it. This is a supervisor shouting at children! CDG this unacceptable!

Though the airport itself is absolutely stunning one of the prettiest I've seen the staff made the experience horrible for multiple travellers.
