I am a British lady (heavily pregnant) with my three daughters I flow from Batna (Algeria) to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport on the 31st August 2026 (flight number AH1140, Booking ref: 7MCVOW).
The service at the airport was so poor and the staff were completely unprofessional. After lading I found ta huge number of passengers and very few passports’ controllers (just one or two check points) to serve that huge number of people.
Due to my health and heavy pregnancy plus three daughters (1, 4 and 6 years old), I sought help from at least three agents there, I explained to them my situation and asked if I can be prioritised or at least to have a wheelchair, they all refused and stated that I have to either keep my place in the queue or lose it.
It took from me two and half hours of standing and very slowly moving in the queue until I couldn’t stand anymore, I collapsed then the called the emergency services. At the beginning they were about to take me to the hospital but because I have very young girls with me (and they refused to let in my husband who was waiting outside) I decided not to go with them to the hospital.
After resting more than an hour I came out where my husband was waiting for me.
We had a connection to London (on Eurostar) but I couldn’t go so we decided to change the Eurostar ticked (which costed us and extra £570) to the next day (1st September).
We spent the night with some relatives but in the evening time I felt unwell again and they took me to the A&E in the hospital where I have been examined, prescribed some treatments and discharged with a condition that I must see a genecologist and cardiologist as soon as possible after the arrival to London.
I was so scared and frightened about my pregnancy and my future health in general.
I hurried up to come to London to be treated here home and because my daughter’s school is starting today (02 September).
Here in London, I have already been seen today (2 September) by a genecologist (she said she needs to see me on a regular basis for a few weeks to check if anything gets worse), and I am waiting to see a cardiologist.
This is a brief of what I suffered in the airport and I need an ACTION from you to be taken.
I am not going to tell you what to do, but I need an action, if anything happens to my unborn child I will not forgive you and I will take it the highest level possible, I am a LAWYER and I know very well what I am saying.
By the way even your complaint page is not working, the emails: contact@adp.fr, complaints@adp.fr, relation.client@adp.fr no one is working (which gives an impression how not serious you are).
Thank you.
