Dubai International Airport — Boots pharmacy Abuse Report

Very bad experience, I complained because this is happened to me second time. Last November when i flew back to Israel I went boots to purchase eye drop . one lady wearing hijab gave me eye drop then I purchased and left after that I opened it was lashes serum I was so angry , she was a big scammer. That time I don't have a plan to complained. Yesterday again I need some item and went to boots pharmacy same lady approached me ,she don't remember me but I never forget. She was following me how annoying she was . She try to touch my face . How unprofessional ? Did she have a license? Very disgusting. How Boots pharmacy hired those kind of staff. Very disappointing.
