Staff has checked in my ticket but didn't issuing me the boarding pass as of result i am loosing my money due to some un trained staff on the airport I have requested them to explain the issue if any to my travel agency or to refund my ticket but they are not willing to take any action or giving it any help
I am so shocked of this behavior on this category of the airport
