Dubai International Airport Abuse Report

We bought a wooden sword from the Japanese Market, and while we were checked in, the officer said we can bring them with us. So we didn't wrap it and check-in. But while we passed the security, the wooden sword is not allowed to bring to the airplane which should be checked in with the luggage. That's a present for my daughter and she was super upset and cried. If the check-in lady told us we need wrapped ut and checked I'm, we wouldn't miss it.
