While going through disabled priority gate 10 a young man took my walking stick so I had to do without it for a few minutes, he waved me over as the machine beeped (knee replacement). There seemed to be a bit of confusion about the stick which was put aside out of reach, the young man then started gesturing and speaking French, people were coming through behind me and l asked was he talking to me and he said "no him beside you)", pointing to the empty space next to me. He was pointing at a machine I hadn't seen before and I said that I did not understand to which he replied "your in France so speak French". The female security person took over at that point. He was still saying things in French and laughing. I was eventually given my walking stick back and told to move on.
